Netatmo releases a long-awaited indoor camera upgrade
After years of waiting, French smart-home maker Netatmo has finally replaced its nearly nine-year-old indoor camera with a new model. The Netatmo Advance Indoor Camera debuts with a fresh design, significantly improved image quality, and a handful of new features.
Design and image quality get a clear boost
The Advance Indoor Camera ditches the dated look of its predecessor for a more contemporary aesthetic. Netatmo has also upgraded the imaging system, delivering noticeably better picture quality that addresses the original model’s mediocre performance by today’s standards.

Alongside the redesign and improved imaging, Netatmo has packed the Advance with several new capabilities. While the company has not abandoned its core home-monitoring focus, the feature set reflects a modern rethink aimed at improving usability and performance.
