Roborock’s new Saros Z70 brings a physical assistant to the robot vacuum category: a five-axis robotic arm with a camera, sensors, and LED lighting that can identify and pick up small objects weighing up to 300 grams.
The arm offers a gentle grip and an integrated weight sensor to minimize the risk of damage during manipulation. It is adaptable and can be enabled only when the user wants it to run.
Arm functions are turned off by default. Through the Roborock app, owners can choose which objects Omnigrip should interact with, set zones where the arm is allowed to operate, and tailor its behavior to their home.
StarSight 2.0 navigation system

The Saros Z70 uses Roborock’s StarSight 2.0 autonomous system, which pairs dual 3D time-of-flight sensors with RGB cameras and AI support.
Roborock says StarSight 2.0 delivers up to 21 times higher sampling frequency compared with traditional laser navigation, improving environmental awareness and object detection.
10-in-1 dock handles charging, cleaning, and hot-water mopping
Roborock’s included 10-in-1 station combines ten functions into a single dock: automatic mop removal, 2.5-hour fast charging, mop washing with hot water at 80 °C, dock self-cleaning with hot water at 80 °C, intelligent repeat cleaning and mopping cycles, an automatic detergent dispenser, replenishing the warm water tank, automatic dust emptying, mop drying with warm air at 55 °C, and a removable dock base.
